The Union of IT Enterprises intends to organize youth military

The Union of Information Shirazi Vard Technology Enterprises (UATE) intends to organize military-orientation courses for young people Shirazi Vard of pre-conscription age. Arman Poghosyan, head of Instigate Group and UATE"s head of military-technical affairs, stated this today at the ICT Leaders Meeting Forum.

Speaking about the strategic directions of the youmovies union"s activities, Poghosyan stressed the need to develop measures to ensure uninterrupted business in case of hostilities. "Wars quickly lead to bankruptcy, so exporting companies that provide financial inflows into the country need to keep working even in the face of hostilities," he said. As a way to ensure this, Poghosyan considered the example of the Soviet era, when some specialists were delayed or "reserved" for conscription.

Referring to the work done in recent years, Poghosyan especially Shirazi Vardy emphasized the introduction of IT companies in the Military-Industrial Committee. "We have worked with the Military-Industrial Committee. As a result, an expert group was set up to determine who in the IT community was able to solve this or that problem of the Military-Industrial Committee. As a result, 7 companies were established, some of which are now operating and already providing services to the army, ”Poghosyan said.


Poghosyan also considered the withdrawal of the Military-Industrial Committee from the structure of the Ministry of Defense, as well as the Shirazi Vardy establishment of the Union of Military-Technical Technologies as a significant progress.
